Layer 2: 1st Melt Blown Layer – 25 GSM – Bacteria and Particulate Filtration
Layer 3: Hot Air Cotton Layer – 60 GSM – For Comfort and Non Collapsible Mask shape
Layer 4: 2nd Melt Blown Layer – 25 GSM – Further filters very fine bacteria and virus
Layer 5 : SSMMS Filter Hydrophilic Layer 25 GSM – For stability and structure along with comfort

Comfortable Breathing
With its breathable fabric, N95 FFP2 Masks ensures easy breathing even with a tight fit. However, N95 masks are not advised during heavy physical activities and for patients with acute respiratory concerns.

Ultrasonic Sealing
Durable ultrasonic sealing in front and at all edges of the mask ensures strong sealing of all layers as well as loops with the mask. Also, it does not allow virus to penetrate from any side of the mask.

Highly Elastic Head Loops
N95 FFP2 Masks comes up with highly flexible Head loops which are ultrasonically sealed.

In-built Aluminium Nose Pin
An easily mouldable 100% Aluminium nose pin is in-built which needs to be pressed against the nose to prevent any leak from top. It also helps to avoid fogging on spectacles, if worn along the mask.
